So one need to be careful while making relationship with people.
2. Grasping the opportunities at right time is important:-
This sector doesn’t wait for the person’s decision of taking the opportunities. One need to grasp them on his/her own basis. One need to show people, the talent they have and then should catch up the correct opportunity at right time for themselves.
Building your image, network and exposure can get you places you never even thought of. Don’t rely on your boss to do it for you. Create a network of influential leaders, sponsors and mentors who know you and your achievements
3. Should know when, where and how to speak right:-
Because, we know every single word counts, hence we have the need to think of what is right and what is wrong for oneself. Moreover, one should also have the need to learn how and what to speak at different places, situation while working s programmer in this field. May it be a senior, a client or the boss; a programmer has to deal with everyone and hence patience is also much needed.
Be strategic and data based if you are going to disagree and deliver your message in a non-confrontational tone.
4. Ability to push the boundaries:-
One should also have zero tolerance for mediocrity. Pushing your boundaries and breaking the monotony should be the ultimate of a web developer/programmer.
5. Promotions are not linked to your performance:-
One should keep in mind that their promotions are not linked with their performances but are linked with the perceptions to their performances. So one should be careful for that too while working as programmer.
These are some effective points that I have shared so far. These points are not that much big time things but are important to get the youth understand at correct times.
If these all things are introduced while training students, it will become easier for them to work in this sector.
